Our Policies

  1. Please call or text 630-404-4007 to book or cancel your appointment. 

  2. I kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

  3. If you DO NOT SHOW up for your appointment, you will forfeit that treatment - reducing the number of remaining treatments in your package by one. 

  4. If you are running late, please call and I will do my best to accommodate you. However, it may be necessary to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. 

  5. At this time I accept payments for services by cash, bank transfer or Venmo. If you like to pay with a card or Apple Pay there will be 2.94% transaction fee added to your payment. Please no personal checks.

  6. The prices are subject to change without notice. 

  7. Services received cannot be shared or refunded; no refunds are given for gift card orders or for partially used package purchases because they were purchased at a discounted price. 

  8. Expiration date for any purchases is 12 months from the first treatment. 

  9. I am not responsible for loss or damages to personal items. 

  10. I will not perform a service if you are sick, have a fever or your skin is inflamed.
